This non-smoking, ground floor, one-bedroom unit has a shaded lanai with views of the garden and ocean. The ocean is about 100 feet from the lanai, shopping is right around the corner. Here you will have beach access, privacy and quiet with the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the Kihei post office just around the corner.

Our grounds are a garden setting, lush and tropical, with a fabulous pool and barbecue area. Whether you snorkel, windsurf, kayak, swim, or beachcomb you can have it all right here. In the evening residents and guests alike gather at the edge of the property in honor of the spectacular sunsets.

Our condominium is air conditioned, quiet, and fully furnished with all the items you will need including a brand new walk-in shower. We hope you will join us for a memorable experience on Maui.
